This is a new 2009 OCEANFRONT condo located the Beautiful ''Belmont Towers'' on the Boardwalk! Be in the center of everything in Ocean City. Thrasher Fries and Fishers Popcorn are just steps away. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Ocean and the Boardwalk all from your balcony.

Great Kitchen with granite counter tops and island seating. Fully stocked for the gourmet chef.

Family room has 47 inch HDTV with Dolby 5.1 surround sound, High speed Internet and unlimited local and long distance calling. Gas fireplace for your enjoyment during the Fall and Winter months. This room offers pull out queen sleep sofa.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The Master bedroom suite has king size bed with jetted whirlpool tub to relax after a nice long walk on the beach or boardwalk. Bedroom 2 has a pyramid bunk with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. Great for the kids. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. All bedrooms include TV and DVD/VCR. Bedroom 3 has a private bathroom.

The Laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.

This condo includes everything you and your family need while at the beach.


Special Policies

During the Off Season I do offer 2 night minimum rentals, in addition, I am offering a 5% off your off season stay. (2 night Minimum)

This is a No Smoking in Unit. No Pets allowed

This is not a Senior/College Graduate Rental. You have to be 25 years old. (Copy of Drivers License must be included with signed lease) Parents and of age Adults cannot sign for children. All Responsible adults must be present during term of lease, otherwise immediate eviction and all money will be forfeited.

1/2 of total Rental and security deposit ($200) to book unit. Final amount due 30 days before check-in. Rental Damage Insurance $45

I do offer Travel Insurance as an Option.
