This condo is brand new in 2008, located the Beautiful ''Belmont Towers'' on the Boardwalk! Be in the center of everything in Ocean City. Thrasher Fries and Fishers Popcorn are just steps away. Enjoy the gorgous views of the Ocean and the Bay all from your balcony.

Great Kitchen with granite counter tops and island seating. Fully stocked for the gourmet chef.

Family room has 50 inch HDTV with Dolby 5.1 surround sound, High speed Internet and unlimited local and long distance calling. Gas fireplace for your enjoyment during the Fall and Winter months. This room offers pull out queen sleep sofa.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The Master bedroom suite has king size bed with jetted whirlpool tub to relax after a nice long walk on the beach or boardwalk. Bedroom 2 has a pyramid bunk with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. All bedrooms include TV and DVD/VCR. Bedroom 2 & 3 have a shared bathroom.

The Laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.

This condo includes everything you and your family need while at the beach.

Ocean City has many amenities. Walk the boardwalk and enjoy the amusement rides or the famous Thrashers french fries. Great restaurants, especially the famous Maryland Blue Crab houses. Take a tour of Assateague Island and see the wild horses roam free. Enjoy the many great Golf courses, Miniature Golf and/or Water rides. On the bayside rent a boat/jet ski for the day or just enjoy the beautiful sunset . Parasail from the beach or just soak up the sun. There is something to do at any age in Ocean City.

During the Off Season I do offer 2 night minimum rentals, in addition, I am offering a 5% off your off season stay. (2 night Minimum)

This is a No Smoking in Unit. No Pets allowed

This is not a Senior/College Graduate Rental. You have to be 25 years old. (Copy of Drivers License must be included with signed lease) Parents and of age Adults cannot sign for children. All Responsible adults must be present during term of lease, otherwise immediate eviction and all money will be forfeited.

1/2 of total Rental and security deposit ($200) to book unit. Final amount due 30 days before check-in. Rental Damage Insurance $49

I do offer Travel Insurance as an Option.

Linens are not included, if you would like to have a Linen package (sheets & towels) you may purchase for $110.00.
